Lee Flowers is committed to delivering exceptional products and services to its customers.Role DescriptionThis on-site, full-time Produce Manager role is based in Kingstree, SC. The Produce Manager will oversee all aspects of the produce department, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety compliance, maintaining accurate inventory levels, training team members, and creating an appealing and well-stocked produce section. The Produce Manager will also collaborate with store leadership to meet sales and performance goals while delivering a superior customer experience.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and manage team relations.Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain stock levels and reduce product loss.Knowledge of Food Safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and industry standards.Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage schedules to achieve department goals.Prior experience in retail or grocery management is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
