Senior Instructional Design Project Manager (Technical / Semiconductor)

Clarity is seeking a Senior Instructional Design Project Manager (contract) to lead a global training transformation for a centralized engineering (Physical Design) team within the semiconductor industry.OverviewThis role will partner with senior L&D leaders to assess, modernize, and scale technical training for both new hires and experienced engineers. Existing content (PPTs, PDFs, videos) is available but requires restructuring, updating, and alignment into a cohesive learning strategy.Scope (2 Phases)Phase 1: Needs Analysis & ScopingEvaluate existing content and identify priority learning areasDefine learning strategy, project plan, and roadmapPhase 2: Design & Delivery (potential extension)Lead execution and manage cross-functional teamsPartner with SMEs to redesign and develop contentBuild structured learning paths and deploy via LMS/SharePointWhat We’re Looking ForSenior-level ID PM with strong needs analysis and scoping experienceBackground in semiconductor or highly technical environmentsProven ability to lead large L&D initiatives and teamsExcellent communicator, comfortable working with VP-level stakeholdersStart Date: ASAPDuration: TBDHours: up to 40 hours per weekLocation: VirtualThe pay range for this is $70.00 to $75.00 per hour on an independent contractor basis.
