Experienced Dental Front Admin - Spanish and English Speaker Preffered
Are you an experienced Receptionist in the hospitality, Dental, or Medical industry with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving organizational success? At Aspen Hill Implant & Family dentistry we are on a mission to serve our 12,000 patients a year with outstanding services and care. We're seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and team-oriented receptionist for our growing family.

The ideal candidate
- Has 2+ years of experience as a dental (however we are willing to train the right candidate). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Spanish (preferred) and English,
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, friendly, reliable, and able to travel to two locations (Rockville and Largo).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage a high volume of patient cases, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies and processes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of patient cases, and maintain accurate records.
- Quick problem-solving abilities to address patient concerns or treatment-related challenges while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
Responsibilities
-Data Entry and Data Clean up
-Scheduling and confirmation
-Recalls and Treatment plan follow up
-Treatment plan presentation
- Point of service collection
- Ins Verification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
