RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft liquor, cannabis, and ancillary applications for locations throughout the countryCommunicate with clients to collect information and documents, including confidential personal informationCommunicate effectively with regulatorsResearch licensing requirements for jurisdictions throughout the countryProvide administrative support, including organizing and preparing documents for attorney review, and coordinating execution and distribution of documents QUALIFICATIONS:Four-year college degree and paralegal certificate, J.D., or other appropriate combination of education and job experienceAt least three years of law firm, in-house, or governmental experience preferredExperience with liquor applications in Washington State, Illinois, California, and New York preferredExperience with TTB filings is preferred, including experience with permits, Certificates of Label Approval, and formula approval applications
