Franchise Support Specialist
Position OverviewFeng Cha is seeking a talented, dependable, self-motivated, and proactive Franchise Support Specialist to join our corporate team. This role is essential in supporting franchisees through their initial store development, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing operational success. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with franchise owners, vendors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with franchisees throughout the development of their locations, ensuring milestones are met and projects remain on schedule.Utilize the FranConnect or Smartsheet platform to support franchisees and manage workflows, leases, franchise agreements, contracts, track progress, maintain other required documentation, and support franchisee communication.Oversees franchisee compliance with annual insurance requirements, proactively monitoring renewals to prevent lapses.Manage and track new store openings, ensuring all operational, compliance, and brand standards are met prior to launch.Assist in researching and evaluating proposed sites for new locations, including market analysis and demographic review.Develop and maintain guidance materials, checklists, and resources to support franchisee success and operational consistency.Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate vendor support for franchisees.Review franchisee performance using market reports, operational guidelines, and compliance metrics; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.Provide exceptional day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting issues as they arise and escalating when necessary.Monitor franchisee compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.Identify opportunities for improvement in franchise operations and collaborate on solutions that enhance systemwide performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred.Experience working with FranConnect or similar franchise management platforms strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build strong rapport, using multiple communication channels (phone, text, email, and group platforms) to meet franchisee needs and maintain consistent support.Self-starter with strong self-discipline and initiative, consistently dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Strong negotiation skills, particularly in navigating leases, agreements, and vendor relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Smartsheet Project Management a plusBenefits and Compensation401(k) participation after 3 months of employmentHealth insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for franchise development and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
