Our consultative approach identifies the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interest of all parties. Due to the competitive nature of these contracts, we require experienced, professional, customer‑focused individuals who are enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced or remote environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesObtain information from consumers to determine current financial situation and identify solutions.Provide solutions to enable consumers to resolve their obligations administratively or voluntarily.Gather proper documentation and maintain follow‑up.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by management.Maintain a specified number of accounts/cases per day and acceptable volume of phone calls.Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction measured by compliments and satisfaction surveys.Record maintenance: proper system management and updating for maximum contact.Skip‑tracing to assist in locating and contacting consumers and businesses.Adhere to ConServe's Blueprint Quality Management System, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.Non‑Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOther duties as assigned.Education RequirementHigh School Diploma or GED.Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Skills / RequirementsWork an 8‑hour shift Monday through Friday between 8:00 am EST and 9:00 pm EST.Fluent conversational English with proficient reading and writing.Strong verbal communication, listening, persuasion, negotiation, and resolution skills.Intermediate computer skills for call documentation and software navigation.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Attention to detail.Independent problem‑solving ability.Motivation to learn.Positive, collaborative teamwork.Confidentiality and trustworthiness.Professional interaction with team members and customers in a safe environment.Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain State Collections Licensure.U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident alien with at least three years of permanent residency.No conflicts of interest with ConServe or our clients.Physical DemandsOccasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.Sitting or remaining sedentary for the entire shift (8‑10 hours).Talking and listening on the phone for the entire shift.Typing on a computer for the entire shift.Eligibility and Anti‑Discrimination Statement Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity/expression, genetic disposition, genetic markers/carrier status, disability, creed, veteran status, military status, status as a victim of domestic violence, marital status, familial status, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions, as well as legal convictions (limited) or other legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
