The role requires setting up and operating cold forming header machines to manufacture fastening products. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment for quality control, troubleshooting any machinery issues, maintaining production schedules, and adhering to safety and operational protocols. Daily tasks involve machine set-ups, machine operation, performing routine maintenance, inspecting finished products, and optimizing production efficiency.QualificationsKnowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance, specifically with Nedschroef and/or National cold forming headers and Waterbury threadersStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with quality control standards and practicesProficiency with tools and instruments for inspection and measurementAdherence to safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environmentGood communication and teamwork skills for effective collaborationPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a bonusBenefits401K MatchMedical - Dental - Vision - Basic Life - Disability (Short and Long-Term)3 Weeks PTO (prorated in the year of hire)5 Sick days and 11 Paid Holidays
