Barista/Beverage Specialist

We’re a fast-moving, high-energy beverage concept focused on specialty Lotus drinks, great coffee, and even better customer interactions. There aren’t a lot of rigid processes yet, and that’s intentional. We’re building this thing in real time, and the people we hire now will help set the tone, the standard, and the vibe moving forward.If you’re the kind of person who can walk into a room and instantly make people feel comfortable, this job is for you.What you’ll be doing:Greeting customers and taking orders with confidence and personalityMaking drip coffee, iced coffee, and our specialty Lotus drinksWorking a POS system (card only, no cash handling)Opening and closing the location (setup, breakdown, prep)Keeping the space clean, stocked, and organized throughout the dayStaying calm, friendly, and efficient during busy rushesBeing comfortable appearing in light social content from time to timeNo espresso.
