This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our Division I volleyball program and make a lasting impact on the lives of our student-athletes.Duties and Responsibilities• Provide coaching expertise during practices and matches, offering guidance andfeedback to enhance individual and team performance.• Assist with scouting and recruiting talented student-athletes, identifying prospects whowill excel both academically and athletically at ULM.• Support the academic progress and personal growth of student-athletes, fostering anenvironment that promotes excellence on and off the court.• Collaborate with the coaching staff and Athletics Department to ensure compliancewith NCAA rules and regulations• Perform other duties as required and/or assignedMinimum Qualifications• In-depth knowledge of volleyball strategies, techniques, and game management.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups,including student-athletes, coaching staff, and administrators.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to managemultiple tasks simultaneously.• Demonstrated commitment to the academic success and personal development ofstudent-athletes.• Some collegiate volleyball coaching and/or playing experience required.
