We have fun at work because we like each other and we love what we do-we help our customers manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.If you take pride in doing meaningful work, thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, and enjoy building relationships with customers, this could be a great opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Provide attentive, professional service to new and existing customers across multiple channelsAnswer coverage and billing questions, process policy changes, and resolve service requestsConduct coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate productsBuild rapport with prospective customers and gather information for quotesWork with underwriting, service, and claims teams to resolve issues and advocate for customersContribute to overall agency growth through cross-selling and relationship buildingKey Qualifications:Prior insurance or customer-facing experience preferredStrong communication skills and proactive work styleSelf-motivated, organized, and accountableHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable with Windows-based systems and learning new processesMust live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Moraga office (full-time, in-office role)Active insurance licenses required (or ability to obtain before start date, as applicable).Candidates without an insurance license may still be considered if they have 5+ years of experience in a related or complementary field.About our Agency:Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a strong team of eight dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping people and making a difference.
