DutiesSummaryYou will serve as a Paralegal Specialist of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.RequirementsQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performs legal research and litigation; and performs legal research for contract actions, including solicitations, negotiations and awards; 2) Provide timely, accurate, and thought analysis of the topic, keeping abreast of databases and developments affecting electronic research on a wide range of topics; 3) Assists with witness interview and preparation, organizes trial notebooks and exhibits, and attends hearings as a technical advisor and 4) Verifies legal citations for correspondence and maintains the law library and files.
