Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearJob description:Salary: $50,000 – $85,000 per yearLocation: Glendale, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: Minimum 1 Year Civil LitigationWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal with at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, case management, client communication, and court filings.ResponsibilitiesDraft (propoud and respond) to written discoveryPrepare discovery shells and organize supporting documentsReview client records and documentationCoordinate document production and manage discovery deadlinesDraft meet and confer correspondenceAssist attorneys with case strategy preparationPrepare subpoenas and coordinate record retrievalFile legal documents with courts through e-filing systemsMaintain litigation calendars, court deadlines, and statutes of limitationCommunicate with clients regarding case updates and document collectionSchedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert appointmentsOrganize pleadings, evidence and correspondenceAssist with drafting pleadings, motions, demands, and settlement packagesManage attorney calendars and case filesConduct basic legal research and case investigationsCommunicate with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical providers, and court personnelMaintain accurate notes and documentation in the case management systemQualificationsMinimum 1 year of civil litigation paralegal experienceExperience handling discovery responses and propounding discoveryKnowledge of California civil procedure preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management softwarePreferred SkillsExperience with civil litigation supportAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid time off401(k)Opportunities for growth and advancementBenefits:401(k)Paid time offWork Location: In person
