Associate Director of Sales
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive accountability for sales pipeline volume, velocity, and quality through disciplined funnel management and accurate forecasting.Lead the execution of a standardized sales process across the team, ensuring consistent pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and effective CRM utilization.Establish and maintain structured sales operating rhythms, including regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, account planning, and customer engagement activities.Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales organization through strategic hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and professional development.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers, prospects, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders while serving as an escalation point for critical commercial matters.Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior leadership, ensuring data accuracy, visibility into sales performance, and identification of risks and growth opportunities.Qualifications10+ years of progressive commercial, business development, or sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading regional, national, or multi-market sales teams.Proven success implementing and managing structured sales processes and performance management frameworks.Strong financial and business acumen, including experience balancing pricing, profitability, growth, and resource allocation considerations.Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to drive sales effectiveness and forecasting accuracy.Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and executive-level customer engagement skills.Demonstrated ability to lead within complex, matrixed organizations and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders.This individual will ideally be located in Indiana, Ohio, or Texas.
