Quick Job Snapshot Location: Palm Harbor, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Setting: School-Based Position Type: Full-Time ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy within a supportive school environment in Palm Harbor. This position offers a daytime schedule aligned with the school day, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients while working alongside experienced BCBAs and school teams. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with students in a school setting (elementary through high school) Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during sessions Support students in developing communication, social, and classroom readiness skills Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and supervising BCBAs Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality in all interactions What We’re Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience or interest in working with school-aged students (elementary through high school) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain patient, positive, and proactive in a classroom setting Commitment to ethical and compassionate care Interest in professional growth within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis Opportunities available for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification, including practicum-approved supervision.
