Senior SailPoint Engineer

Job Description Description:We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Senior Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and a strong background in Identity and Access Management. THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE AND REQUIRES BEING FULL-TIME ONSITE.Requirements:Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Implementation & ConfigurationDesign, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirementsConfigure and customize workflows, forms, policies, rules, and connectorsDevelop custom connectors for application integration using Java, BeanShell, and REST APIsCreate and maintain certification campaigns, access requests, and provisioning workflowsImplement role-based access control (RBAC) models and role mining initiativesTechnical LeadershipLead technical design sessions and provide architecture guidance for IAM solutionsMentor and develop the junior engineer, providing guidance on technical skills and best practicesConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsEvaluate and recommend new features and capabilities within the SailPoint platformIntegration & AdministrationIntegrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, and ServiceNowTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to identity managementPerform platform upgrades, patches, and environment maintenanceOptimize system performance and ensure scalabilityCompliance & SecurityImplement access certification processes and remediation workflowsDevelop reports and dashboards for audit and compliance purposesEnsure security best practices are followed in all implementationsRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience10+ years of professional experience3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQExperience with at least 2 full lifecycle SailPoint implementationsTechnical SkillsExpert knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ platformStrong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and XMLProficiency in developing custom connectors and adaptersExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and web servicesKnowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and directory servicesFamiliarity with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, xaygatp and other IAM protocolsUnderstanding of SQL and database conceptsExperience with UNIX/Linux and Windows environmentsProficiency in Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and project managementProfessional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionSelf-starter with strong initiative and ownership mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong mentoring and knowledge transfer skillsPreferred QualificationsSailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect certificationKnowledge of other IAM tools (Okta, Ping, Azure AD)Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
