BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Compensation: Up to $150,000 per year + 8% annual bonusPTO: UnlimitedRetirement: 401K with company matchMedical: Health, vision, and dental plans for individuals and families RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers working with C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React, fostering a high-performance, innovative cultureConduct regular 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, and support career developmentRecruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talentDrive rapid, iterative delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologiesContribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy across full-stack applicationsChampion proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovationCollaborate with Product, Design, Business, and Executive stakeholders to align technical and business goalsTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communicationReview code, provide guidance, and maintain high-quality engineering standardsBalance speed with quality while ensuring sustainable deliveryRemove blockers, manage capacity, and optimize development processes PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 6+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on skills in C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React3+ years managing software engineering teams, including on-shore and remote engineersDeep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system designExperience with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and DevOps practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all levelsExperience in full-stack development, microservices, cloud platforms, and scalable web applications is a plus #LI-EM1 #INMAR2026 #LI-onsite
