DispatcherWe are seeking a full-time dispatcher to coordinate haul drivers and water trucks, ensuring efficient transport of heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites. This role supports daily operations through scheduling, compliance, and clear communication with field teams and drivers.Key Responsibilities:Dispatch and coordinate haul drivers and water trucksSchedule daily operations with superintendents and field teamsEnsure compliance with DOT regulations, weight limits, and permit requirementsMonitor driver activity, logs, and GPS tracking through SamsaraTrack equipment locations and jobsite needsCommunicate with vendors, drivers, and field teams to ensure timely deliveries and operationsQualifications:2+ years of dispatch experience in construction or truckingKnowledge of heavy equipment, hauling, and water truck operationsFamiliarity with DOT regulations, permits, weights, and complianceExperience with Samsara, driver logs, or similar systems preferredStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
