Systems Technician / Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a team of technicians and engineers to build and maintain our clients infrastructure. Responsibilities:Design, install, and maintain computer systems, networks, and security systems for healthcare clientsMonitor and maintain the company's computer systems and network infrastructureTroubleshoot hardware and software issues as they ariseAssist in the development of IT policies and procedures for healthcare clientsProvide technical support to healthcare clientsStay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements Requirements:Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.4+ years of experience in a Systems Technician or Systems Engineer roleExcellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.Strong knowledge of Windows, software applications, and hardware devices.Knowledge of healthcare IT systems such as electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS) is preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills to work effectively with clients and team members.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.Benefits:In addition to a competitive salary, our company offers a range of benefits to support the well-being and financial security of our employees.
