Service Advisor - Dealership Experience Required

Service Assistant If you are interested in working in the automotive customer service field, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of administrative or customer service experience and some knowledge of automobiles, but are willing to train the right person. Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Respond to customer and in-house calls and emails and answer questions regarding vehicle status in the shop Greet customers at drop off Park vehicles Perform general administrative tasks Book repair-orders, including warranty claims Cross-train to cover for coworkers when needed Work in the Office at the Truck Shop Requirements and Qualifications Dealership experience required.
