Title: Network ArchitectTerm: Contract Location: Erlanger, KY (Hybrid)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Principal Network Architect with over 15 years of expertise in managing and designing complex network architectures across data centers and branches using multivendor technologies and cloud infrastructure servicesJob DescriptionLead the design implementation and optimization of scalable and secure network architectures across data centers and branch locationsManage multivendor network infrastructure including Genesys Avaya NICE contact centers Cisco Juniper Arista HP routers and switchesOversee deployment and management of cloud infrastructure services on Azure and AWS to ensure seamless integration with on-premises networksImplement and maintain load balancing solutions using NetScaler and F5 to optimize application performance and availabilityDevelop network strategies that align with business goals and support technology refresh and lifecycle management programsCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure network security compliance and operational excellenceStay current with emerging network technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure reliability and scalabilityRoles and Responsibilities Architect configure and troubleshoot complex network solutions involving Cisco SDN CUCM and multivendor routing and switching platformsLead the administration and optimization of contact center technologies including Genesys Avaya and NICEManage cloud network services on Azure and AWS ensuring high availability and securityDesign and implement load balancing strategies using NetScaler and F5 to ensure efficient traffic distributionConduct regular network health checks performance tuning and capacity planningProvide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teamsCollaborate with security teams to implement network security policies and monitor complianceCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for network upgrades migrations and maintenance activitiesDrive automation initiatives to streamline network operations and reduce manual interventionParticipate in incident management and problem resolution related to network infrastructure
