Job Details Envision Physician Services is hiring a full‑time, BC/BE Cardiac Capable Anesthesiologist at HCA Florida Westside Hospital. The Anesthesia Care team consists of 13 physicians and 7 CRNA’s. The schedule is 2 weeks on and 1 week off, with 10 ORs (2 dedicated cardiac) and additional off‑site coverage in IR, cath lab, GI, and EP. Annual case volume is approximately 6,000 surgeries, including about 150 open‑heart and 200 structural heart cases. Responsibilities Lead cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve replacements, aortic surgery (open and TEVAR), and structural heart interventions including TAVR, MitralClip, and Watchman. Provide anesthesia for neurosurgery, neuro‑interventional, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, general, urologic, plastic, ENT, electrophysiology, and GI surgeries. Perform a wide range of regional blocks for orthopedic, vascular, and general surgery cases. Operate and participate in cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology lab, MRI, and interventional suites as needed. Qualifications Board‑certified in anesthesiology with cardiac capability (BC/BE). Echo certification required. Comfortable with a broad spectrum of surgical procedures listed above. Open‑handed experience with inpatient, outpatient, and interventional settings.
