In this role, you’ll take the lead on projects from early planning through completion, acting as the key connector between clients, consultants, and internal teams.You’ll help shape strategy, guide decision-making, and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly—on time and on budget.What You’ll DoLead multiple projects from kickoff through completion, including scope development, fee estimating, proposals, and contractsOversee all phases of project coordination, management, and productionDevelop and execute project strategies that drive successful outcomesManage budgets, schedules, programs, and documentation with precisionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationshipsGuide and mentor project teams—assigning work, reviewing progress, and supporting growthKeep leadership informed with clear updates on project status, staffing, and financialsProactively communicate with clients, consultants, and team members to anticipate needs and solve challenges earlyWhat You BringProficiency in RevitExperience managing architectural projectsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch)Licensed Architect or actively working toward licensure preferredAbility to work on-site in Alpharetta, GAExperience in restaurant, mixed-use, or commercial projects is a plusWhy AKA Studio?You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, ownership, and smart design.
