Insiders work multiple stations in the store and are essential to delivering a Five-Star Guest Experience every day. What Youll Do Prepare Marcos menu items following brand recipes and quality standards Work multiple stations including dough prep, makeline, cut table, phones, and registers Provide friendly, professional service to Guests Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support teammates during busy shifts Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures What Were Looking For Required Qualifications: Must be at least 15 years of age (with work restrictions per state and federal law) Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment No experience required we provide paid training.
