Both are the site for multiple administrative departments and system-wide training programs.Location address is 5000 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381.Job DescriptionPURPOSE AND SCOPE:The Coordinator II, Audit and Consulting Services (ACS) provides essential administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of ACS activities that follow a risk-based, integrated audit approach with an agile auditing methodology. This role plays a critical part in facilitating the efficient delivery of audits by assisting with planning, coordination, documentation, and communication, while enabling the ACS Team to adapt to evolving risks and priorities. The position supports the department's goal to continuously improve College processes, enhance internal controls, and ensure compliance in an agile and responsive audit environment.Essential Job FunctionsProvides a high level of administrative support to the Chief Audit Executive and the ACS department. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating workshops and team huddle sessions related to agile audit sprints. Assists in preparing agendas, takes meeting minutes, and tracks action items during agile audit team meetings. Updates and manages the agile audit backlog and task prioritization in coordination with the ACS teamServes as aliaison between ACS and other LSC departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for audit-related activities. This includes organizing and managing logistics for audit meetings and other ACS events. This also includes assisting with following up of management action plans pending implementationPerforms records management functions, managing physical and electronic files in compliance with records retention requirements. Maintains organized and compliant records, ensuring proper filing, retention, and retrievalMaintains and updates the ACS Department's website andSharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, current, and easily accessible. Troubleshoots basic website and SharePoint issues to ensure that all documents and resources are availableDrafts, edits, tracks and maintains ACS related process documents, department manuals, business processes, and job aidsin collaboration withthe ACS team Monitors and controls resources such as office supplies and equipment needed within the department. Submits requisitions and assists with management of financial procedures within the department. Assists with management of the department budget, including budget toactual analysis, and managing and monitoring contracting processesIdentifies andimplements improvements to administrative support that align with the agile auditing approach in collaboration with the Chief Audit Executive Creates and submits a variety of reports and presents findings to the ACS leadership. Reports include but are not limited to weekly direct reports, audit status reports, management action plans progress reports, meeting minutes and agendas, financial and project budget reports, staff utilization reports, etc.Assists with creating methods of evaluation of assigned area. Help compile and monitor key performance indicators for the department and assist in evaluating results and recommending changes to strategies to ensure KPIs are met. Where your salary offer would fall in that range is determined by your related experience and education.
