The Network Engineer will manage, maintain, and optimize the district's network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity. Daily tasks include configuring and supporting network hardware, troubleshooting connectivity issues, designing scalable network solutions, and implementing security measures to protect the district’s technology systems. The role collaborates closely with IT teams, educators, and administrators to support the district's technology needs and goals.QualificationsProficiency in Network Administration, including monitoring and maintaining network systemsStrong technical expertise in Network Engineering and Network DesignAdvanced skills in Troubleshooting for diagnosing and resolving networking issues effectivelyComprehensive knowledge of Network Security measures and practicesFamiliarity with hardware components such as routers, switches, and firewallsExcellent technical communication and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferredIndustry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an advantageExperience in school districts or large-scale educational environments is a plus
