A medical center in eastern West Virginia has an opportunity for a Pathologist to assist with locum coverage. Opportunity Overview: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p No call or weekends Slide Volume: 40 per day Cases: Non-GYN cytology, rare bone marrows, peripheral smear reviews, second review of some surgical pathology cases, gross coverage/frozen sections, and some multidisciplinary tumor boards No autopsies Support Staff: Staff pathologist, PA Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses During your time off, hike nature trails in nearby preserves, catch a performance at a historic theater, and attend seasonal fairs featuring bluegrass music, crafts, and regional cuisine.
