Business Manager - Food ManufacturingThe Business Manager in our food manufacturing plant will work closely with Sales, Commercialization, Research and Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance. This is a hybrid role of customer service, project coordination, and sales support providing relationship maintenance and account management for existing customers and reports through the Director of Business Management. This position has the ability to be based out of any of our locations: Pittsburgh, PA / Commack, NY / Eden Prairie, MN / Los Alamitos, CA.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Process Improvement: Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables are within scope and budget.Filter inbound customer information.Leads weekly tactical meetings with customersAssist in the preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews and project scope proposals.Manage cross functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver customer projects and process improvements.Provides customer service support to Directors of Business Management and other Business ManagersHas goals associated with existing customer retention and the overall Business Management Group sales targetsProduction Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with customers to develop, distribute, and track production plans and schedules.Work with cross functional teams to address and resolve issues related to schedule changes, inbound raw materials, delivery schedules, and outbound finished goods.Reporting & Analysis: Measure and track account performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesGather, analyze, and monitor sales and production data to track and report on results.
