Robotic Process Automation Developer

A company is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions for business and mission support processes Develop bots using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring compliance with IT governance and security protocols Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and define automation requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Federal Public Trust clearance Minimum of 3 years of experience in object-oriented software development (e.g., C#, Java, Python) Demonstrated experience developing RPA bots using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate Hands-on experience supporting automation initiatives in large-scale, mission-critical federal programs
