The care provided aligns with our Team-Based Care Model, which emphasizes population health, evidence-based practices, efficient resource utilization, and integrated care delivery. Utilizing this model, you will ensure that all clinic team members operate at their highest capacity. You will actively participate as a member of our Provider group, sharing responsibilities for patient care, cross-coverage, peer evaluations, provider meetings, continuing medical education (CME), and furthering our organization as a provider-led entity. You will manage a clinic panel, focusing on health outcomes, patient experiences, and overall care quality (both internal and external). Reporting to the Site Medical Director, you will collaborate closely with the head of Women's Health and the Regional Medical Director.Essential QualificationsMust possess experience and training as a physician, having completed a US-accredited medical degree and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology or an equivalent program.Must hold an active, unrestricted California medical license issued by the Medical Board of California.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board.Prior experience with electronic systems is required; familiarity with Electronic Medical Records is preferred.Current BLS Certification is mandatory.Salary InformationThe base salary ranges from $339,000.00 to $375,000.00, in addition to potential bonuses.Salary DisclaimerActual salary offers will be influenced by various factors, including budget constraints, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. This range is subject to change.
