Job Summary Third Window Brewing, located at 720 Linden Ave, Carpinteria is seeking at part-time hardworking, fast-moving Busser to join our team. You’ll be responsible for clearing tables, resetting the dining room, and assisting servers to ensure our guests have a seamless experience. This position shares in a generous tip-pooling system. Key Responsibilities: Table Turnover: Clear dishes, glassware, and silverware quickly after guests depart. Sanitization: Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths according to health standards. Resetting: Set tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for the next party. Support: Refill water glasses, deliver bread/chips, and assist food runners during rushes. Maintenance: Keep the floor clear of debris and assist with basic closing tasks (trash removal, sweeping). Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members Knowledge of cleaning protocols, food handling safety standards, and kitchen operations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
