Enjoy the flexibility of a 32- to 40-hour work week with no on-call duties, while contributing to a high-paced, dynamic work environment.Key DetailsAssignment Type: Locum TenensSetting: HospitalStart Date: ASAPSchedule: 32–40 hours per week; Monday–Friday; work either Monday or Friday each weekPatient Population: All AgesLocation: Jackson, MIBenefitsWeekly direct depositMalpractice insurance with tail coverageSupportive credentialing assistanceLodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)Flexible schedulingJob ResponsibilitiesAdminister anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients.Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure.Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures.Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase.Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and anesthesia records.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards.Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed.QualificationsBoard Certified CRNA.Active Michigan license.Clean background and recent NPDB self-query.ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.Minimum of 1-year CRNA experience required.No job gaps.Working Hours32-40 hours per week, scheduled in 8 or 10-hour shifts.No on-call duties; strictly scheduled shifts.SkillsProficiency in administering general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia.Experience with Epic EMR systems.Strong collaborative skills for working in a multidisciplinary team.Excellent patient monitoring and airway management skills.
