Job Description FRENCH & ENGLISH SPEAKING PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT (JFK Airport)Starting Pay: $23.54/hr.JOB ESSENTIALS:Ticketing, verifying guest documentation, guest check-in and guest assistance. Perform gate management, make announcements regarding flight activity, and baggage service. Operate a computerized reservation system. Assist unaccompanied minors and special needs guests. Complete daily reports and other assigned dutiesWork in a team environment. JOB REQUIREMENTS:Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English & French. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma, GED, or six months of customer service experience. Must be able to work flexible weekdays, weekend, and holidays. Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds.
