Glass Installation Lead- $32-$38/hour

We are seeking an experienced Glass Installation Lead to work across both our residential and commercial installation teams. This role focuses on custom glass installation, including glass partitions/walls, shower doors, windows, and glass railing panels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both residential and commercial projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Responsibilities Install custom glass systems across residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality, precision, and safety Read and interpret project drawings and specifications accurately Work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other installers on site as needed Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines and project goals are met Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good condition Qualifications Proven experience with commercial and/or residential custom glass installations Strong understanding of glass handling, fitting, and finishing techniques Ability to work independently and lead others when necessary Comfortable working in various installation environments, including construction sites Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy glass panels safely Preferred Experience bridging residential and commercial projects Prior leadership or mentoring experience We offer a supportive team environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within our company.
