Construction Site Superintendent

Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain quality and safety standards.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve any site issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and address delays proactively.Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures.Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and communication with the project team.Handle site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment management, and workforce coordination.Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent, preferably with ground-up construction experienceProven experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or similar role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools is a plus.OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations preferred.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.Company DescriptionHillside Investments is a leading full service real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio of properties and a strong commitment to strategic growth.
