Electronics Engineer IV
Overview
In this role you will contribute as an experienced electronics engineer on the EGSE team for the FBM program, guiding design, integration, and sustainment of test equipment. You will collaborate with Navy customers and cross-functional teams to deliver updated consoles and new automated test equipment. The work focuses on hardware-software integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring mission readiness in a fast-paced defense environment. This position offers impactful work on a long-running space program and opportunities to shape instrumentation for strategic deterrence.

ResponsibilitiesOversee Lead Electrical and Software Engineering efforts for new console designsSupport peer reviews and provide feedback on electrical schematics, requirements specs, and software design documentsLead and support proposal and BOE efforts for new test console designCollaborate on cross-functional avionics system development and integrationSupport and investigate test anomalies and system-level testingBuild and maintain relationships with Navy customers and present project statusProvide sustainment and modernization support for current systemsAssist in design, development, and integration of new Automated Test Equipment (ATE)Guide hardware development cycles across multiple project phasesContribute to data products and test results documentation
