The responsibilities include creating and optimizing CNC programs for 5-axis machining, interpreting technical drawings for production, evaluating GD&T, setting up machinery, and executing precise machining tasks. The programmer will work collaboratively with the machining team to ensure high-quality output, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth workflow and efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Mastercam 5-Axis CNC Programming and Machining.Experience in communicating programming intentions to the production team and responding to feedback from the team.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately, including interesting/non-typical GD&T.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to produce no-exception high-quality results.Familiarity with AS9100 and the aerospace or engineering industry is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.
