In this position, you will assist our six young people with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, following goals determined by the Physical and occupational therapists, providing social opportunities for residents, going on outings or to appointments with residents, and communicating well with residents, staff, consultants and families.
