Role Description The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing insurance sales operations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and managing a team of sales agents. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored insurance and financial service solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Miami Beach, FL. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of general Insurance principlesStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on client relationship-buildingExperience in Finance, including analyzing and presenting financial productsProven ability in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate sales teams effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a target-driven environmentState-issued insurance license or willingness to obtain onePrior experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable
