Tower Technician III/ Top Hand

We’re looking for hard-working individuals ready to learn, grow, and take on the challenges of tower work. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training. Responsibilities: Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless systems. Conduct PIM, sweep, and fiber testing with accuracy. Mentor and train junior technicians. Ensure site safety and quality control. Communicate effectively with Foremen and Project Managers. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of tower experience, including leadership or top-hand roles. Competent Climber/Rescuer and OSHA 30 certifications required. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel 4–5 days at a time. Demonstrated technical skill and safety record.
