Remote NOC Network Engineer - Managed Services

Katalyst is seeking a Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You'll be the first responder to monitoring alerts across client networks, triaging issues and logging clear tickets to keep service levels on track. In a remote, Carolina-based role, you'll work with a senior engineering team, escalating when needed and building depth toward Tier 2/3 expertise while adhering to security and compliance standards.
