Python Fullstack Developer
Role: Sr. Full Stack Developer – Digital Banking
Location: St. Louis Park (Minneapolis), MN, onsite 4 days/week
Duration: 12 months + extension
Summary:
First developer on a new team, building React UI and Python/AWS API components that plug into the bank’s Digital Banking platform. Sets up dev process, coding standards, and reusable patterns. Works independently and partners with product and architecture teams.
Key Duties:
- Build React.js UI components and Python backend APIs/services
- Develop AWS Lambda and API Gateway solutions
- Integrate custom apps with the Digital Banking platform
- Set coding standards and processes for the team
- Use GitHub, Agile/Scrum, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot across UI, API, and cloud; write documentation
Required:
5+ yrs software development 2+ yrs each: React.js, Python, AWS Lambda and API Gateway, GitHubFull-stack, API, and cloud architecture knowledge Independent, strong communication
Preferred:
Candescent/Digital Banking platform experience, setting up standards for a new team, Agile, Jira/Confluence, banking/financial services
