VIP & Premier Access Agent
Position OverviewThe VIP & Premier Access Agent is responsible for providing personalized and seamless check-in experiences for VIP guests. This position plays a crucial role in offering exceptional guest service, coordinating exclusive amenities, and ensuring VIP guests receive a warm and attentive welcome upon their arrival.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Greet VIP guests with a warm and courteous demeanor, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in process upon their arrivalCoordinate and fulfill VIP guests' preferences and special requests, ensuring a highly tailored and memorable experienceOrganize and coordinate the provision of exclusive amenities and services for VIP guests, such as room preferences, welcome gifts, and personalized arrangementsHandle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, respecting guest privacy and confidentialityEngage with VIP guests to confirm reservations, clarify any special requirements, and anticipate their needs during the check-in processAddress any concerns or issues raised by VIP guests promptly and effectively, finding timely resolutions or escalating matters to relevant managementBuild positive and lasting relationships with VIP clientele, ensuring their loyalty and satisfactionArrange all Concierge needs including booking dinner, spa, salon, and show reservationsCoordinate transportation requests for pick-ups and drop-offsCollaborate with other hotel departments, including Casino Services, Front Desk, Sales, Entertainment, Nightlife, and Revenue Management to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for VIP guestsMonitor VIP guest feedback, satisfaction levels, and preferences to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the guest experienceAssist in implementing VIP loyalty and reward programs to enhance guest retention and satisfactionMaintain the organization of the VIP pantry, including brewing coffee, doing dishes, polishing glassware, serving pastries, and unloading stock inventoryTake refreshment orders and serve drinks to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous serviceMaintain a good inventory of Oshibori towels, including folding and washing towelsTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessaryQualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
