Field Superintendent/Manager - Residential

Job Description High end custom home builder/remodeler is searching for a Superintendent to join their team. The company is very busy and would like someone who requires minimal training. In this role you will:Supervise field construction of at least 3 projects to complete the work on schedule and within budgetProvide customer service to homeowner(s) when required (walk-through, etc.)Handles all schedules of contractors, communicate with project team, and perform job progress and completion of punch list identification and completionResponsible for adequate materials and equipment on job siteOther responsibilities as they occur in any given dayExperience and EducationHS Diploma or equivalent - any college a plus4+ years superintendent work for a home builder and/or custom home remodelerEnjoys being in the field and being hands-on when neededSelf-motivated and able to travel to sites in the Scottsdale / Paradise Valley area dailyTechnical skills should include experience using an IPad, cell phone, working with Word and Excel documentsExperience reading blueprints and designs for custom homes and/or custom remodelsProven to provide exceptional customer serviceRelocation assistance is not offered.+ Interviews after July 14th.
