In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and assisting them with their needs to ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them through our services. Manage customer check-in and wait times efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front reception area. Coordinate with service technicians and staff to ensure timely customer service. Handle phone calls and direct them to appropriate team members. Provide general information about Precision Tune Auto Care services. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and approachable personality. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Customer service experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
