Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult, Medical/Surgical/ and Geriatric. In addition, will be providing rehabilitative nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse and in coordination with other health team members for the specialized rehabilitation population. Care of the Rehabilitation Patient with the following diagnoses, including but is not limited to: stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, neurologic disorders, debilitation, amputations and burns. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adults, Adolescent.
