Senior Superintendent – Multifamily ConstructionSan Diego, CAWe are seeking an experiencedLead Superintendentto oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects in the San Diego market. This individual will take full ownership of onsite operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations fromgroundbreaking through project completionManage and enforce theconstruction schedule, including 3-week lookaheadsSupervise and coordinate allsubcontractors and field personnelEnsure strict adherence tosafety standards and OSHA complianceConductdaily site walks, QA/QC inspections, and enforce quality standardsCoordinateinspections, permits, and local jurisdiction requirementsPartner with Project Management onRFIs, submittals, budgets, and change ordersLeadweekly subcontractor and coordination meetingsOverseesite logistics, sequencing, and trade coordinationManagepunch list, turnover, and Certificate of Occupancy (CO)processQualifications8–15+ years of construction experience5+ years as a Lead or Senior Superintendent onmultifamily projectsProven experience deliveringground-up multifamily developments ($20M+)Strong knowledge ofwood-frame, podium, or concrete constructionAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain aggressive schedulesPreferredOSHA 30 CertificationExperience with Procore or similar construction management softwareExperience withlarge-scale multifamily (250+ units)About the RoleThis is ahigh-impact leadership rolefor someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has successfully taken multifamily projects fromdirt to Certificate of Occupancy.
