Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and MaintenanceIndustrial Machinery ManufacturingCommercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and LeasingDrycleaning and Laundry ServicesTechnical and Trade SchoolsJob Full DescriptionKey Responsibilities:• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, such as Drop Hammers, Hydro Press Forming Machine, Waterjet, CNC machine, and other similar machinery.• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, circuits, and controls.• Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, determining root causes, and implementing solutions.• Work with maintenance lead to perform machine installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.• Assist in maintaining electrical systems and components in accordance with safety standards and regulations.• Conduct inspections to ensure that all machines and electrical equipment are in safe, working condition.• Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used.• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.• Collaborate with other team members to improve machine efficiency and minimize downtime.Requirements:• Knowledgeable in working with single and three phase electrical systems.• Basic mechanical maintenance experience.• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.• Familiarity with industrial equipment, control systems, and electrical troubleshooting.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in manufacturing or aviation-related industries.• Knowledge of PLC systems, CNC equipment, or robotics.
