Production SupervisorEnsure a healthy and safe work environmentMaintain exceptional 5S / Housekeeping standardsExecute and enforce all manufacturing standards, process, and proceduresExecute the Quality Management System to meet customer requirements and operational goalsHelp develop work instructions with the team, and train to the standardEnsure all team leaders are maintaining required certificationsUnderstand, teach, and coach Lean principles and engage all employees in continuous improvement activitiesSupervise, coach, develop and lead by exampleMeet, or exceed manufacturing goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, scrap and productivityLead, and implement cost reduction ideasImplement and maintain communication with employees, team leaders, other shift supervisors, and shifts dailyPerform daily and weekly audits, metrics reports, and supervisor standardized workEnsure seamless engineering and process changes into productionConduct disciplinary interviews and issue corrective action when necessaryRecord and maintain employee attendance and timekeepingAssist in customer complaint resolutionEnsure inventory accuracy, and perform necessary cycle counts (WIP)Position Requirements - Required Associate Degree Business or Manufacturing or equivalent relevant experience Preferred - BS or BA Manufacturing or Business, or equivalent relevant experience Required Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Required - Self Motivator who works well under pressure Required Knowledge of basic manufacturing principles including Lean, Just-in-Time (JIT) Systems Preferred Quality ExperienceEducation Requirement - High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experienceFull-Time/Part-Time - Full-TimeShift - Various ShiftsLocation - Inteva Products, LLC - Bluffton OperationsReq Number - MAN-26-00010About the Organization - Inteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety and performance.
