This role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, person-centered activities that support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.Qualifications:Prior experience as an Activity Director or in a related activities/recreation role in long-term care or a similar healthcare settingActivity Director Certification (ADC) or eligibility preferredStrong leadership, creativity, and communication skillsCompassionate, organized, and resident-focusedBasic computer skills requiredKey Responsibilities:Plan and lead daily, weekly, and monthly activity programsCreate and maintain activity calendars and special eventsEngage residents through group and one-on-one activitiesAdapt programs for varying physical and cognitive needsEnsure compliance with state, federal, and CMS guidelinesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teamsManage supplies, budget, and activity staff/volunteersPromote family and community involvementIf you have a big heart and a creative spirit, we'd love to have you lead our activities team!Apply today and help us make every day special for our residents!
