The Position:A leading global law firm is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its premier Restructuring Practice in Chicago. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border restructuring matters, advising secured lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy proceedings and distressed situations.Associates will play a central role in high-stakes matters involving DIP financings and cash collateral arrangements, plans of reorganization, asset dispositions, out-of-court workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, liability management transactions, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
